This is a process that starts with an Initial Consultation and then moves into Implementation Services as budgets and capacity allow.
Initial Consultation:
The Initial Consultation is a one-day assessment of your entire company. This assessment is conducted at your company offices with an in-depth look at how your business is being administered. The day should include job-site visits and meetings with staff, trades-partners, customers, suppliers or any stakeholder you identify. Imagine this as a, “bring your consultant to work” day. The goal of this assessment is to establish how you are actually running every aspect of your company so that comparisons can be made to industry standards. At the conclusion of this assessment, a synopsis letter is written that contains a list of ten to fifteen suggested improvements for your company. Fees for an Initial Consultation are negotiated based on company size and location. Clients who have taken advantage of this third-party assessment of their company can contact Qx2 throughout the year for intermittent advice and information as they see fit.
Implementation Services:
Implementation Services are intended for the most professional of contractors who want to ensure strategic success of their company. Qx2 knows that after completion of an Initial Consultation, attending a University of Housing seminar, deciding to start a health and safety program or address Remodeling Air Quality issues, today’s remodeling professional faces time restraints or resource limitations to create and fully implement such systems. Qx2 offers our knowledge and understanding of the remodeling process to our clients to develop, train and implement any agreed upon additional consulting services.
Implementation Services could include:
Responsible Remodelingsm training.
Responsible Remodelersm certification.
Creation of a health and safety program.
Development of an estimating and job-costing system using QuickBooks Pro.
Drafting of employee policy manuals.
Establishing administrative or project management procedures.
Creation of company standards.
Designing and presenting training sessions for personnel.
Qx2 has the resources to organize and execute such systems necessary to safeguard the success of your contracting company. All of these efforts are focused on creating a more positive remodeling or renovation experience for your customers, your workers and for you.
All services are fee-based and rendered according to the scope and terms agreed upon in our Consulting Agreement with all particulars held confidential.
